TopicFlow Terms
These terms describe the practical service boundaries for TopicFlow. By using TopicFlow, users are responsible for the content they create, export, back up, or send to selected third-party providers.
Local Workspace
TopicFlow is designed as a local-first workspace. User-created topics, discussions, archives, and app state are stored on the device first. Users are responsible for keeping device access secure and for managing any platform cloud backups they choose to create.
AI Providers
TopicFlow does not provide LLM tokens, model usage credits, or a first-party AI generation service. AI features use the user's selected provider account, authorization, or OpenAI-compatible API configuration. Provider availability, quota, rate limits, fees, and output policies are governed by the selected provider.
Purchases
Trial access, subscriptions, lifetime purchases, regional pricing, taxes, refunds, and cancellation are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play rules where the purchase is made. TopicFlow may use RevenueCat and app store systems to verify entitlement status.
Exports And Sharing
TopicFlow can prepare selected output for export or sharing when the user chooses to do so. After content is shared with another app or service, that recipient's terms and policies govern its handling.
